Trust, Confidence & Understanding
All of us, at various points in our lives, are going to struggle with feeling overwhelmed. Real life "happens" and we are left trying to cope with the natural depression, anxiety, and family problems that affect us all. The challenge is that normal, natural episodes of depression, anxiety, and marital stress start to stand in the way of us enjoying day-to-day life. Maybe you are trying to come to grips with the loss of someone in your life, the loss of your job, or perhaps you are starting to wonder whether you can ever feel "normal" and happy again. The good news is that it helps to talk with someone in a non-judgmental, safe environment. I want to help guide you through your own journey to feeling less overwhelmed - all at your own pace, and without feeling the intimidation that can come with confronting friends and family with "heavy" issues that can be difficult to discuss.
